Airport City Express train,

Taking the Airport City Express train will get you to the city which is 12 km away in less than 20 minutes. It runs from 5.30 am to midnight 4 times an hour. The page www.b-rail.be can also be displayed in German. The train station is situated in the basement (level 1) of the terminal building. All information about Brussels airport can be found at www.brusselsairport.be. The Brussels metro consists of three lines and 60 stops in total. 1A yellow from Roi Baudoin to Hermann-Debroux; 1B red from Erasme to Stockel; 2 orange from Simonis to Clemenceau. It is not only a means of transport, but also a huge art gallery. 58 stops were embellished with mosaics, sculptures, comic panels and enamelled wall ceramics by 54 Belgian artists. The metro stations are identified by a large white “M” on a blue background. Tram and bus stops can be identified by red and white signs. Tickets for the metro can be purchased in the entrance to the stations and are validated in the orange machines. A single ticket, which also allows you to change trains, costs around €1.50.
