Korean? Goodwill Guides in Seoul ,
In the South Korean capital Seoul there is a free service given by locals for tourists who can’t speak Korean.
Volunteers offer their services to tourists as translators. Around 1,000 Goodwill Guides are registered with the Korean Tourist Organization (KTO). The Guides accompany tourists in different situations, e.g. festivals, trade fairs or take them on free tours.
The Guide’s qualification is different depending on their individual background, but all have good knowledge of everyday speech in the particular language.
Around 10 to 30 days before your trip to Korea you should apply for your Guide here:

Most Guides offer translations into English, but there are also other languages available.
