Transfers from the airport to the city (Warsaw)

Transfers from the airport to the city ,

On arrival at the airport you should go to a currency exchange office or find a cash machine to get Polish Zloty.

You can then get to the town either

a) by bus: these leave from platform 4 (in front of Terminal 1) every 20 minutes and go to the city centre where they stop at all large hotels as well as the bus station. The journey takes around 30 minutes and costs less than €1 which includes baggage transport.

or

b) by taxi: even a taxi ride is not very expensive and should cost around €10 to get to the centre. But avoid the taxis that are outside the arrivals hall and take one of the radio taxis whose stands are in the arrivals/drop-off area of the airport – you will be in safe hands and won’t pay inflated prices.
