Business break at “Inn the Park” at St. James Park, St. James Park

The Queen’s pelicans reside on the northeast banks of the lake in St James’ Park, and right next door in the middle of the green you will find the café run by star restaurateur Oliver Peyton, a wood-constructed sanctuary with a grassy roof and glass façade. It is styled a bit like a hobbit cave following a designer makeover. Take a cup of Earl Grey tea and a scone with clotted cream for afternoon tea and let your gaze drift over the pale green lounge chairs, English lawns and exotic water birds. It’s a very British feeling.
