What to do in Las Vegas?, 755 E. Flamingo Road

There are interesting attractions on The Strip and in downtown’s Glitter Gulch. Plan to visit both. In addition to having the highest concentration of casinos in the world, Las Vegas offers hundreds of restaurants of every imaginable cuisine, big shows and lavish shopping. Live shows range from Blue Man Group to Cirque du Soleil to David Copperfield to Celine Dion. Vegas offers Cirque du Soleil's most sophisticated show, “O,” with more than 70 swimmers, divers, aerialists, contortionists and clowns performing acrobatic feats around a pool filled with 1.5 million gallons of water. Your hotel concierge can provide a list of current acts.

For those tired of the beaten path, the Atomic Testing Museum, 755 E. Flamingo Road, provides a fascinating view of the Nevada Test Site and its impact. An 8,000-square-foot exhibit hall includes artifacts from the Smithsonian Institution, Lawrence Livermore Laboratory, World Trade Centers and pieces of the Berlin Wall.
