Despite the heat of the Brazilian summer business clothing in São Paulo is very formal and conservative. Suits and ties for men and a suit or trouser suit with closed shoes for women. If you don’t feel comfortable in your usual suits you can fall back on light cotton fabrics. But bear in mind that offices and conference rooms are nice and cool thanks to air-conditioning.
