As Kuala Lumpur Airport is located extremely far away from Kuala Lumpur, it is worth considering whether it is better to travel by taxi or by train to the city. My tip would be to use the KLIA Ekspres. You can buy a ticket just outside the luggage collection hall, and the platform is just a short distance away. The trip lasts around 30 minutes and currently costs 25 RM (€8.00) one-way.  The trains depart around once every 15 minutes. At the final station, located right at the centre of Kuala Lumpur, there are taxis waiting to take you to your final destination.
